This is a superior extra-virgin olive oil derived from first cold pressing through mechanical process of a single olive varietal - Cima di Mola - growing in Puglia, or in the heel of the Italian boot. Characterized by an intense yellow color, with golden hints, this extra-virgin olive oil has a robust taste, with a predominance of nuts, together with subtle nuances of arugula and tomato leaves. This extra-virgin olive oil has pleasant bitter finishes. Since this cultivar is almost extinct, availability is extremely limited. Bottle size: 17 Fl. oz.
