P.D.O Protected Designation of Origin. The olive crops are processed within 24 hours from the time of their harvest in order to deliver the highest quality standards as well as capture the most of the vitamin and nutrients of the fresh olive crops. The quality and production process of this product is regularly audited and supervised by inspectors of the EU and the G.M.A Greek Ministry of Agriculture.
